The Council for Court Excellence is pleased to present its Compliments and Complaints Guide. This guide gathers in one place information about how to submit compliments or comments and how to make and resolve complaints about any professional in the DC justice system. The information in this guide comes from sixteen courts and agencies in the District that provided details about their compliment and complaint referral process.

On March 1, 2023, CCE Criminal Justice Committee Co-Chair and Board Leader Olinda Moyd testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the D.C. Clemency Board before the Council of the District of Columbia. 

On March 1, 2023, Casey Anderson, CCE's Policy & Communications Manager, testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the D.C. Department of Corrections before the Council of the District of Columbia. 

On February 22, 2023, CCE's Open Horizon Fellow Anya Kreider testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the Deputy Mayor for Public Safety & Justice before the Counci of the District of Columbia.

On February 1, 2023, CCE Criminal Justice Committee Co-Chair and Board Leader Olinda Moyd testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the Executive Office of the Mayor before the Counci of the District of Columbia regarding the D.C. Clemency Board.

On February 6, 2023, CCE's Senior Policy Counsel Danielle Burs testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the Office of Administrative Hearings before the Counci of the District of Columbia.

On February 1, 2023, CCE's Senior Policy Counsel Jennifer Ubiera and Open Horizon Fellow Anya Kreider testified at the Performance Oversight Hearing for the Department of Behavrioal Health before the Counci of the District of Columbia.
