Staff: Senior Policy Analyst
Peter M. Willner
 Mr.
Willner has served as an Analyst with the Council since September
1997. He manages public policy reform initiatives related to the
administration of justice, with a focus in the areas of administrative,
civil, and criminal law. He staffs the Court Improvements and Criminal
Justice Committees. He received a master's degree in public administration
from The American University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from
Hartwick College. Click here
