Priscilla has been the Assistant Director of the Council for Court
Excellence since January 1993. In addition to her duties as Assistant
Director, Priscilla provides staff support to the Council's Children
in the Courts and Public Service Committees. She staffs the Council's
projects in the fields of juvenile justice reform, foster care
reform, jury education in high schools, and community education
about the justice system. Before joining the Council, Priscilla
managed her solo civil law practice in Washington, D.C. for more
than a decade. Earlier she served as chief of staff for Congressman
Bob Edgar of Pennsylvania and in various capacities in the U.S.
Department of Labor. She received her law degree from George Washington
University and her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania
