Jeff C. Capley
 Mr.
Capley joined the Council as Office Administrator in March of 2004.
Previous jobs have included serving as Director of Donations Processing
at World Wildlife Fund, and Assistant Manager of Donor Recruitment
for the American Red Cross in Baltimore. He is a graduate of the
University of Maryland at College Park. Jeff staffs the Finance
and Executive Committees. Click here
